Select Game Change Request Forms

Use the links below to submit a SELECT LEAGUE Game Change Request Form.

  • Game Changes may be made for weather that is either closing a field or resulting in dangerous playing conditions. Missing a couple of players is NOT a reason to reschedule a game.
  • Select League Games are more challenging to reschedule and can cause issues in getting referees.
  • Three or less days from the game, be sure to over communicate with the opposing teams and officials. Do NOT rely on teh website change to let everyone know.

ONLY THE HOME TEAM MAY SUBMIT A GAME CHANGE REQUEST. Any submissions by a visiting team coach will not be made.

HOME TEAM COACH:

  1. You MUST communicate the game change the opposing coach PRIOR to submitting this request. Submitting the form is not a guarantee the visiting team will be aware of the changes made.
  2. If its within 72 hours of the game, you must communicate (with response) with the opposing coach and official.
