2025 Mass Youth Lacrosse Spring League Fees

TOWN PROGRAM FEES

Season Registration and Fees

Towns must register and pay the town league commitment fee by NOVEMBER 30, 2024 in order to register teams and participate in the MYL Spring 2025 Season.

• $600 if registering a Boys OR Girls Program
• $900 if registering both Boys AND Girls Programs

Classic Team Registration and Fees

• Team Registration will open on January 1, 2025 -- NO TEAM FEES
• Team Registration closes at 11:59pm on February 9, 2025
• NO TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 9
• No per team fees for Classic Teams

Select Team Registration and Fees

• Select Team Registration will open on January 1, 2025
• Team fees are significantly different for Boys & Girls due to who pays the referees. For boys Select Games, MYL pays the referees. For Girls Select Games, the home team pays the referees.
• Boys Select Team Fee - $1,295 per team
• Girls Select Team Fee - $695 per team
• 7 game regular season and every team is guaranteed at least 1 playoff game
• Post-season single elimination tournament (Championship Bracket and Best-of-the-Rest Bracket)
• Teams get to nominate players to the Select All Star Games that will be held in early August

Jamboree Team Fees

• $395 for 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams
• $295 for 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th grade teams
• Each teams plays 3 games at Rogers Field in Devens, MA
• June 7-8 Legacy Weekend -- 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams
• June 14-15 Futures Weekend -- 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th grade teams
• Jamboree style, 3 games, no playoffs or championships
• Lacrosse equipment, apparel and food vendors on site

PLAYER FEES

MYL Player Membership Fee

• $45 per player participating on a Classic Team
• $15 per player participating on a In-House Team
• Player Membership Fee is Paid for on your Town Website when you register to participate with the town

COACH FEES

Coach Registration

• All coaches must register prior to them participating in any team related activities.
• The is NO FEE for a coach to register with MYL
• Registration will either be on your town website (if they have a Demosphere platform) or on the MYL website (if your town is not using a Demosphere website platform

Coach Compliance

• All coaches, head and assistants, must complete online compliance requirements
• Through MYL, this is a National Background Check and Abuse Prevention Training Course. There is NO COST to the coach or town program for these.
• Town programs must complete a CORI Check on all coaches and volunteers.

Coach Certification Clinics

• Coaches who need to be a Certified Coach, must attend an in-person Certification Clinic at least every other year. The registration fee for these clinics is $50 with advanced signups ($75 if registered within 48 hours of the clinic)
